Method:

Place the egg whites in a bowl and add Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder, Oats Apple & Edible Fiber, pesto and water. Mix well with a stirrer.

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook one wrap at a time.

To cook the wraps, add a little olive oil to a folded piece of kitchen paper and grease the pan.

With a spoon or ladle take a quarter of the mixture, and with the back of 2 tablespoons, spread the mixture until it has a diameter of 20 cm.

Cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook on the other side.

Repeat for the remaining amount.

These wraps are delicious served warm or at room temperature with roasted peppers, pesto, cheese, arugula, ham or whatever else you like!
