Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 scoops (15.5 g) Beta Heart
- 1 tbsp. chopped coriander or parsley
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp. lime juice
- Salt and pepper
Method:
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and discard the skin.
Place the avocado on a plate and mash it well with a fork. Then, transfer it to a bowl.
Add Beta Heart, cilantro or parsley, olive oil and lime juice. Mix well and then season with salt and pepper to taste.
