Ingredients:

- 3 cups of low-fat strained yogurt
- 140 gr. fresh raspberries
- 140 gr. fresh blueberries
Method:
Mix yogurt and Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder in a large bowl.
Place around 12 paper or silicone muffin cases on a baking sheet.
Put with a spoon in each case from 2 tbsp. of yogurt mixture and then drop a few pieces of fruit into each pocket, pressing them down slightly to penetrate the yogurt.
Place them in the freezer until solid (about 2 hours).
